False arrears

Horrible customer care service!

I bought a PS4 bundle on their store card last year in December. These people tried to bill me for 2 PS4 bundles at which I only took 1.

Went in store to fix the matter but they also couldn't do anything instead gave me a phone number to call. The person on ther other side said the matter is resolved and I should continue with the agreed upon monthly payments.

To my suprise a few months later after I've been paying the agreed upon amount, I start getting calls from them claiming I'm in arrears of 3K.

I've been trying to solve this matter since January 2024 and till now I haven't been able to get any assistance. Bare in mind how negatively all of this is affecting my credit score.

Would not recommend to anyone
