False advertising on website.

What is advertised on the HiFi Corp website and what gets delivered are two different things. FALSE ADVERTISING!!!I have been in touch with your call centre to come uplift the piece of cr*p you sent me. I even have a reference number...oh wow...promises of a call within hours....it has now been days and still nothing from you. I spent a lot of money on an item which is NOT what was delivered. Another big corporation who DO NOT care about their customers.
