False advertising - no voucher received

We went to buya washing machine. There wast this special [URL Removed] and we cought it. Mywifeasked the teller about the voucher that was advertised. They asked the salesperson whoconfirmed the voucher was in package. They told us we had to fax it and then we will receive a voucher to get the omo soap. We complained about such a long process. We took the machine, got home and opened it. No voucher in the machine.<br> So what now, shouldn't they giveyouthe voucher or the washing soap. Looks like even the staff sells things they don't know anything about.<br> No we have to go back to the shop. How inconvenient! I'm disappointed and upset!<br> <br> PS.This is not the first time I buy from this Festival Mall Hifi Corporation and get treated badly.
