False Advertising

We bought a TV today as per the current special "kick start the year" running till 31 January 2021. Description of the product is SANSUI 58" Smart UHD TV for R6499.00. Since we are located in Lephalale and it didn't dive us the delivery option to our town, I called the store in Polokwane and spoke to a lady named Gertrude. Gertrude confirmed that they have stock of x 2 of these TV's (one on display and one boxed) and that they close at 14:00 today 03/01/2021. I then ended up asking a friend in Polokwane to collect it on my behalf since I won't be able to travel to Polokwane in time before they closed. So the arrangements were made and Gertrude was informed of the arrangements. We drove to Polokwane to collect the TV from my friend that collected it on my behalf. On closer inspection we noticed that the TV was NOT a smart tv as advertised and confirmed with Gertrude from HiFi Corporation Polokwane. This is an utter disgrace in customer service and ********* in the sense of falsely selling a product to a customer.
