FALSE ADVERTISING

I ordered a their so called "Russel Hobbs cordless kettle", which on picture was a coffee maker. Thinking it was too good to be true, I purchased it online and when I was told to come collect it in store they gave a me a normal kettle, which was not what I had initially ordered, based on the picture posted.

It is such a dissapointment that they could not notice the error they had made, but after our payment go through they then realise that they had made a technical error. I am very much dissapointed at this.
