False advertising by Hi-Fi Corporation

They advertised a desk on their website but when I wanted to buy it, I found that they could not deliver it to my home address. I then selected the option to have it delivered to various stores that were quite far apart from each other but that didn't work either. I contacted their customer care via email to be assisted with this but the agent named Fezile who responded to me really showed no interest in wanting to help me. She practically told me that they would not help me.

I asked a manager from Menlyn Mall Hi-Fi Corporation and he really went out of his way to help me. He called their central office and was informed that the desk was only available in PE and there was no way they could have it delivered in Gauteng. That is very disappointing because this is something that they should have mentioned on the website. Why do they say that their products are available nationwide when they know that it is only selected products that are available nationwide? I found this very annoying. This is a false adverti*****t
