False advertising and rude manager

Advertising an Univa undercover oven and ceran hob in store(Westgate)on enquiring to see ceran top the salesman came back and said it was as error, we asked to speak to the manager who was few meters away and not busy with any customer, who advised us he was busy. On approaching him personally he was arrogant and rude. Thus they not only have false advertising they are *********** and rude. Dont think they deserve my hard earned money!!!!
