False advertising and poor refund policy

I ordered a sealy bed on hifi corps online site and a few days later the image of the bed had changed to one of a lower quality. I then asked for a refund which took a while to get them to acknowledge that. I am now told that I have to wait up to 30 days for a refund. I am on day 14 at the moment. It is frustrating because they falsely advertised and not once acknowledged their error and secondly I believe it is unfair that I have to wait a up to a month for an error on their side. This is ridiculous as I am now without a bed and had to resort to being a burden and borrowing a bed from my landlord.
