False Advertising

They currently have a special on their TVs, I purchased a 70inch Samsung smart tv online, I made sure when ordering I can collect in store as this was the option available. Once I completed my checkout I called the store to find out if I can come and collect my TV. Only to be told they have no stock I further called the rest of the branches in cape town neither of those stores had stock either. I had to run around chasing my order that I purchased online. The service I received is pathetic they are so quick to take your money but cannot resolve your issue. I would of at least expected them to compensate for all their inconvenience and lack of customer service. I honestly would not recommend anyone to buy online, this has been more of a hassle than a simple process.
