False Advertising

Brought a 65" UHD smart TV that comes with the DStv streaming app. The DStv streaming app continuously stopped working and we went through DStv the fault wasn't on their side. We contacted the store and they told us it's not a fully smart TV , as advertised in their store and stated on the slip and that it doesn't support the DStv app. When confronted about this false advertising they admitted that it doesn't support the features that they state on their website. This was blatant false advertising and a complete waste of money and time. This was at East Gate branch.
