False advertising

Bought a B6000 smart TV. On the box it says app store. Sales assistant said it had app store and pointed out the sign. Never used it but when disney plus came out I wanted the app. Tried to download the app but I couldn't because hisense told me the app store is not available in SA. I told them nobody told me that when I bought the TV and they said they could do nothing. I sent hi fi corporation e mails and have received no reply. Is this customer service. Is it not ********* and wrong to advertise something like an app store on the box and then find out there is no app store. I find both companies treatment of my problem pathetic and will never buy at either again.
