False advertising

HiFi Corp worst store ever not the first time I receive bad service... I purchased a Tv on the website I paid for it and everything I get emailed to say it no longer available as it was a clearance sale be mindful the website never stated it was a clearance sale or out of stock I email back, called and emailed complaints team no one even bother to call me as I requested and they their customer service is absolutely *******.. Even after I was told it is no longer in stock it was still available and the website even allowed me to add it to my cart again and check out. I made them aware this is false advertising but they not doing nothing about it just said I will get my money back within 7-14 days which is ******* I never even asked for the refund I want the TV they advertised as available but no one can help me.. I wouldn't encourage anyone to speak to them I will definitely make this known to all social media platforms. I work in customer service myself and I would be out of a job if I gave the service I received
