false advertising

I bought 2 Samsung 32 inch TV's which were advertised as Full HD. Stoneride was out of stock so i agreed to collect later, one at eastgate and have my parents collect the other one in Durban. on collection I saw that they were HDR.<br> i logged a complaint and this is the response I've received: Here is the option that we would like to offer you. JVC 32'' Full HD Tv @ R 2600. This is the cost price of the unit, current retail is R3499.99. We do apologise for the inconvenienced caused and await your response.<br> <br> firstly I bought and paid for SAMSUNG. you offer me a JVC at a HIGHER price than what i'd paid for the Samsung. Can I please have this matter resolved? I want what I paid for and what was advertised. this is my second complaint on hello peter.
