False Advertising.

Hi Fi Corp advertise on their web site for 27 November 2017 only, online orders delivered free (Orders over R400 in value) but they add R400 for delivery to my invoice, price on the site R2099.00 for the T.V. , no mention of excl. vat, but they add vat to the invoice, they added R265.00 for a T.V. licence (i have my own licence), their call centre ********** 459 - Spoke to Selunati Nomungo, said i have to pay for the licence and claim the amount back from SABC. This is all incorrect on three counts.
