False advertising

hi, On your website, it clearly states that if you buy online you can pick up from nearest store. however after chatting to your agent, she clearly states that she was told to tell the customers purchasing online that it would be delivered within the next 15 days and they cannot pick up from nearest store.. Please stop advertising falsely and confusing your customers.
