False advertising

Searched for an item online..item appeared on google search as available online,for several weeks.However when following the link the item does not appear. Sent an inquiry via the chat bot,gave my contact details.No response. Visited a store, they checked for the item through their database and indicated that it was out of stock.The prices on their database did not match the price indicated online
