False Adverti*****ts

Hi On many occasions been to HiFi Corp Springfield Park Durban for Specials Advertised and they always out of Stock. On they site got a portable DVD player advert but go to store only for sales person to say been out of stock from August 2017. Is this legal under the consumer protection act?
