False Adverti*****ts

I purchased a 32 inch Sansui TV that was advertised as a full HD TV according to the add in the pamphlet. I went to the store at N1 city and purchased the TV, however I could not take collection as it was out of stock. There was no signs in the store at the time saying that the add was wrongly advertised. The salesman Eddy did not also advise me that the TV I am purchasing was wrongly advertised as a full HD TV. When I went to go and collect my TV today, I was greeted by huge signs saying that the TV I purchased was not full HD and was wrongly advertised. The manager was very unhelpful and has no way of dealing with customers. I am disgusted by the way my complaint was handled. If I had been told when purchasing the TV that it was wrongly advertised and not HD I would not have bought this TV. I want a Full HD that was advertised and sold to me by your Salesman or another Full HD TV with the same specs for the same price !!!!!
