false 1TB usb 3

i bought a Toshiba 1TB usb 3 on the 13/05/2013 as i am not very good with computers so i never had used the usb till about a week ago i wanted to transfer data from my computer to the Usb and found out that there is only 31.99 GB on the usb. i phoned hifi corp and Elvis told me on the phone what to do and it was the same he said i must bring it in they tested the usb and found it had only had 31.99 GB on they said the warenty has passed and i must ask the manager while i was taking to her she said she cant do anything and walked away i told her my hole house hold is bought by them and i never had a problem and with her attitude ill never buy there again she just ignored me the product they sold me is not what i payed for thanking you Jannie Rossouw
