**** Online advertising

I placed an order on the 10.12.2022 and ever since my order shows picking order number ***

After not getting any feedback I decided to call on the 15th the lady them advise she will call me back once speaking to head office and never did.

I them called again on the 19th and the person I spoke to said that my parcel will be delivered by the 20th after not receiving it on the date I them called again o the 21st and the gentlemen that helped me said there is no stock.

I am so mad as this is a Xmas gift and not once did someone call me and tell me they have no stock and even online there was nothing specified. This is such poor service honestly already rook my money and now I must call like a mad ***, is this what you call customer service?

Honestly I go away on holiday tomorrow and still nothing has been received and I need this gift really why are u false advertising things!!!!

I NEED MY PARCEL ASAP
