fair criticism or not (not publishing my review).

I wrote a review on the HiFiCorp website for a product and I got a reply asking me to remove some comments which I feel is inappropriate, I may be wrong, I would like comments to tell me if I am being reasonable or not.

the reply came from a 3rd party company that seems to handle the reviews on their behalf.
