Failure to deliver on time

I made an online purchase on the 27 November 2017 and the promise is that the order will be delivered in 10-15 days. However when tracking the order online its still reflect as same status as from the 29th,there has not been any progress since that date.Today I contacted the Mastercare Courier services and they said they have not received the order however Hi Fi Corp insist that the order will be delivered today. The confusion and the inconvenience created is not worth it ,there is no value for money in this kind of service.
