Failing to pay me back immediately

I bought a laptop on Monday morning, it had faulty so I returned it same day the afternoon. I wanted a refund and I was told that head office will pay me out by Wednesday. Its Wednesday and I didn't get my money back. I've been calling the branch and Portcia the manager said she will get back to me and 4 hours has passed and not a word. I messaged them on fb and the customer service told me to take my issue up with the store.. But I just told them the store ain't helping me because I've been waiting... I messaged them on their chat website and they want to tell me refunds take 10 working days... I dont have 10 days bec I need to laptop for work. I've been calling and running around to get my money back and it seems they are not interested. I didnt layby it nor on credit.. It was Cash so why must I wait on my cash refund so long. This is unacceptable.. I'd highly NOT recommend people buy from this place
