Failing Clients

Good day I'm very disappointed with how HI-FI Corp is treating their clients ,especially for online purchases,they do not prioritise their clients and keep on making unnecessary excuses,what they are doing is very wrong and need to be stepped, if they can't run the online stream, rather close it because we can't be fooled by a big company robbing us of our hard earned money,I bought a printer and they've been making a run around, never ever make online purchases.
