Failed to delivery my order

I placed an order on the HiFi Corp website on 2 December 2015. Order #***.<br> In 3 weeks since then, I have not received delivery of my order, not one phone call from Hi Fi Corp, and not a single update on the status of my order. This is SHOCKING customer service! <br> <br> Then I suddenly see today, 24th Dec 2015, that the amount has been reversed on my credit card. Still no communication from Hifi Corp. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional ! <br> <br> I am not impressed and demand compensation and the goods I ordered !<br>
