Factory default on tablet

Bought a tablet at cornubia mall Durban KZN SA hifi corp last night in the morning it did not turn on and came to the shop to be told there won't be any exchange. Vgke 7inch H***. Sales rep 217046. How can I buy something in the night than in the morning it does not work? Appalled by such nonsense not even many hours and this tablet no longer works! Exchange policy works to a selected few and for us it doesn't with a 1 year warranty now I am going home with a tablet that is not working total bullocks!!
