Extremely unhappy client

I purchased a television from Hi-Fi Corporation a few years ago which had terms and conditions that read that the television set has a lifetime service warranty. In November 2019 I took the television in as the screen had just gone black. About a month thereafter I was told that the television could not be repaired and I went in to collect the television. The staff in customer services could not find it anywhere in store. I then went back in January 2020 and still the television was nowhere to be found. I kept following up for a few months then eventually the store manager of N1 city Hi-Fi Corporation called me to say that it must have been sold because I had not collected it before the 6 month collection period, which was an absolute lie. He then suggested that he could give me another secondhand television that had the same problem of the television that their store had lost. I was appalled by this and how could he think it would even be okay to treat a client in this manner. Eventually I was offered a television that had an LCD problem which would have cost me an arm and leg to repair but I refused. Then the store called me saying they have a used demo unit and that I would have to pay for it. At this stage I was so tired of begging for my television that I took this television and realised that I paid R1000 for a television that cost R649 which they said would have no warranty. The television looked new as it still had all the stickers on it, so I settled to take it. Literally 2 months later this television screen just went black and they agreed to repair it. I was called by a customer service representative to say the television is repaired but it had a crack on the screen now. I went in to see the store manager who was the most rude, abrupt, disrespectful individual who refused to take responsibility for the crack on the screen after they sent it for repairs/ hid the crack by putting a branding sticker over the crack . The strange part of it all is that when I got home I realised that the crack was where a branding television sticker was,that was now removed after the repair was done. Which made me realise that I got a television from Hifi corporation under false pretences and that sticker was placed there for me not to see this crack. I would not recommend Hi-Fi Corporation N1 city to anyone.
