Extremely Poor Service - Online Order

What absolute terrible service and poor update from Hi-Fi Corporation ... I placed an online order on 2 June 2020 for an office chair as my one broke at home.

Received an e-mail 11 June 2020 from Hi-Fi Corp telling me my order is ready to be shipped.

No delivery no update until I phoned Friday12 June 2020 to follow-up (delivery should have been 2 - 5 working days).

No assistance apparently it would have been delivered over that weekend or Monday 15 June 2020.

No delivery and received a phone call 17 June 2020 to find out whether my delivery has been made, i had to inform Hi-Fi Corporation that no delivery has been made.

Today 18 June still no delivery, 16 days after my online order and working from home extremely uncomfortably

NEVER EVER will I suggest buying from Hi-Fi Corporation, EVER!!!!!!!!
