Extremely Poor Service Hifi Corporation Mall @ Carnival

I went to the Mall@Carnival branch on the 26th of February. I waited for 30 min to see a finance consultant and after an hour and a half extra we completed the process, the service from the consultant was extremely poor and none of the documents were explained to me, I tried to ask a couple of questions but was answered very shortly as if I was interrupting him. They also have no seating available when waiting and I was moved around as if an inconvenience. I was advised that they will call me at 11:00 the next day to let me know when I can collect my goods. After several hours I phoned in and was advised multiple times that the consultant is busy. Eventually I received a call back and was advised to supply my documents again. I took all the originals with when I went the first time, now I have to send them again. Today I received another call asking for more documents yet again, all of which was already sent. The person whom I spoke to was extremely unprofessional and rude. The service received at this branch is nothing but shocking and I would be ashamed to be the manager of that branch. Nonetheless I decided to cancel all the documents as I clearly will not be taken seriously. I would much rather take my business elsewhere.
