Extremely Poor Service and Rude Staff

I placed an order for a fridge with HiFi Corp on 27 November 2025, and to this day I have received no proper communication about it. Trying to get help has been a nightmare—when you contact their staff, they act clueless, give cold responses, and sometimes even hang up on you. I explained my situation clearly, but the person I spoke to literally said “I don’t know what to say”.

It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for an order and have no tracking information, no support, and such rude behavior from staff. I just want my refund processed as I can’t trust them to deliver the product or assist me properly.
