Extremely Poor service

<p>Saw something in hifi, negotiated better price as was last two on shelf with one box opened. Sales person confirmed price and with who to collect from. Go in the next day to the store thinking all is fine and the sales person goes back on his word as he found more stock in the back of store so thinking of increasing price again from what we discussed. Whether I take it or not is not his problem so he offered a new discount much lower then the original discount and take it or leave it. </p> <p> </p> <p>It does not matter it there was more stock found as we had an agreement previous to this and you had my contact details from the previous day to phone me again and tell me it has changed but not come all the way for nothing to collect nothing.</p> <p>So client service and sticking to your word is not one of your store value's. </p> <p>4 days prior I bought a 50inch TV from your store and thinking of returning it as I don't want to support a company ....</p> <p> </p> <p>I must say that the first person to help me with the TV was awesome and even allowed me to come the next day to buy the TV on special when the special was over as my daily limit was to low to swipe the same day and the store was closing.</p> <p> </p>
