Extremely poor customer service

I am extremely disappointed at the poor customer service at Hi Fi Corp, I have ordered Fridge online on the 27 November early in the morning, and my order was confirmed on email they were to deliver in 2-5 days I since tracked my order online since Friday online and it hasn't moved every time I call their customer service it's either their line gets cut off after holding for 10 min or their system is slow they are to call me back I am still waiting and this is my 1st experience with them and I would urge everyone don't you ever set your foot at HI FI Corp!!!
