Extremely poor customer service

This was my first time purchasing online from this store and what a nightmare for deal with!! I purchased an order and canceled it almost immediately . However I was still relieving shipment notices I called online to confirm of the order has been canceled and they confirmed and that I should ignore the emails , the item was than delivered to my home whilst not there so it was received in my absence..it took forever and a day for them to come and collect it this was done on the 27th November I am still awaiting a refund I have been calling everyday but no one is able ro assist me all I get is that the matter has been escalated I call in daily but do not get assistance , I have been emailing the customer liaisons officer but she does not respond and when she does she responds with we await update from online the same online that I am calling daily that is also escalating the matter daily
