Extremely Dissatisfying Experience!!!

The service we received was beyond terrible. If I could assign a review with zero stars, that would accurately reflect our disappointment. Unfortunately, that option is not available.

We purchased a floor unit chest freezer on Monday, December 11, 2023, and explicitly communicated our intention to collect it the following day after 5 pm. We requested the inside of the chest freezer to be cleaned as it was filthy and the unit ready for our pickup. To our dismay, upon arrival, nothing had been done.

When inquired about the delay, we were informed that they lacked bubble wrap. The overall attitude conveyed a lack of interest and commitment to customer service, prompting us to request a refund. It's disheartening to encounter such incompetence and indifference.

Fortunately, our experience took a positive turn when we sought services from another company, which provided exceptional service.
