Extremely Disappointed – HiFi Corporation Failed to Deliver My Order and Used False Excuses

I’m extremely disappointed with HiFi Corporation. I ordered a washing machine that was never delivered, and to make it worse, they claimed my area is a “dangerous area.” That’s a ridiculous excuse — I receive deliveries from many other stores using the same address with no problems at all.

They didn’t even attempt to deliver or communicate properly. This kind of service is completely unacceptable. I expect HiFi Corporation to take responsibility and resolve this urgently.
