EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED first time buyer

I ordered a controller from them for delivery and someone marked it for collection so it's been sitting with them and no1 called me to tell me this. Their portal gave me hope saying the order has been received by courier and waiting to be delivered to me so I called FedEx and they said they don't have anything and I need a waybill , called hifi corp for the waybil and I was told they will escalate and sort this out and I should get my package latest Monday ,today. Today I phoned and I was told the same story I was told last week and there is still no waybill. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed, trully regret ordering from this company!
