Extremely Angry

My husband and I purchased a Xbox S and was told that the Game Pass for 3 months was included into the box, only to come home and fond there is no game pass. I purchased over R50 airtime to contact Hifi Corp just to find out that there never was one in which the store Manager Ian confirmed with me. He on the other hand went out of his way to assist me. I am not happy at all as now I have to wait till mondy to play my games
