Extreme lack of customer service.

Service so bad I went and bought somewhere else. Went to the Glen, had the price from your website. Lady said it's online only but I could pay and do a pick up. So registered and added to cart. Your system refused to allow a pick up. So thought the manager(Patricia) would be kind enough to meet me half way between shelf price versus online, Nope. Couldn't think for herself. She just said go somewhere else. Let's flip that, went to Game, staff fell over to make a customer happy and as they only had a higher spec in stock, they go to their manager and he decides to add a small discount which sealed the deal. He didn't have to do that!
