Extended Warranty is a ****

I bought my TV from HI-FI Corp and paid R 3 000 for extended warranty on it. They promised that with this extended warranty I will have peace of mind should my TV break. Well my TV broke in January and they collected it for repairs. They promised that if it is not fixed within 21 days I will receive a new TV. It's been more than 21 days and counting and still I do not have a TV. I am being send from pillar to post. When I call the call centre they say I need to speak to the store manager. I speak to the store manager he directs me to the people fixing the TV that I have no contract with. Why do they lie to us the consumers about peace of mind because now I am tired of calling and driving to the store to get what is rightfully mine that I paid for.

The service is appalling and would not recommend anyone to trust HIFI Corp when they try to sell you their extended warranty. Its been more than a month and I still don't have a TV.
