Expensive defects

I bought AEG fridge from Hi Fi Corp Arbor crossing 15 July 2023 and immediately when I noticed that fruits and vegetables are freezing in the fridge compartment I reported the matter. I was expecting that the fridge will be replaced but unfortunately it wasn't instead a technician was sent to fix the problem but he failed. I complained again still problem wasn't fixed. Till today I have this problem. I want my money back
