Exellent service from Zwile

I would just like to give a compliment to Zwile at HiFi Corporation Klerksdorp. I came to buy an HP Ryzen 7 on Saturday, 21 February, and they did not have stock available. Two of the sales staff told me they could order the laptop for me and that I would only receive it on Wednesday. Alternatively, I could buy it at Incredible and pay a thousand rand more if I was in a hurry.

When I got to the till to pay and chose to wait until Wednesday for my laptop, Zwile overheard the conversation and told them no, he would arrange for the laptop to be collected from Matlosana Mall. I received my laptop the very same day thanks to Zwile’s efficient service.

I also lost my receipt and called to ask if Zwile could send it to me. He promptly sent it via WhatsApp and even called me to make sure that I had received it. That is excellent service!

I am not sure whether Zwile is the manager, but if he is not, I suggest that you please consider making him the manager because he is management material. He is friendly, helpful, and sharp. The rest of the staff in that store do not seem to know what is going on. I would also suggest further training for the inexperienced staff in that store.
