Exceptional Service
Bought a JVC 32\ LED TV on 18 October 2015. When I got home I discovered the *****s to attach the "feet\"" to the TV were not included. I immediately went back to the store and requested a refund. <br> <br> I was extremely upset but am very pleased that the friendly and efficient staff at the Bloemfontein branch did not make a bad situation worse and refunded me with no problems at all. <br> <br> Some may think that they were simply doing what they were supposed to and that doesn't deserve a compliment.
