Exceptional Customer Service by Joy - HiFi Corp. Woodmead Store

After several unanswered calls to the HiFi Corp store in Woodmead last week Saturday, a gentleman by the name of Joy answered the phone and gladly assisted me with the query I had. I asked for him when I went in-store and with the same spirit he helped me with over the phone, he was happy to assist me in-store. He’s well informed about the products on floor, which made it easy for me to decide on my purchases and his recommendations came in handy. He even assisted with carrying and loading the heaviest item to the e-hail vehicle - which I doubt is part of his job spec. His overall level of service is exceptional! I’m definitely going back for more purchases and, more than anything, for the excellent customer service!
