EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM ELLI

I just want to give a great thanks to Hifi corp N1 City for an exceptional service. Most special the sales agent by the name Elli that how I called her. Three times we spoke and she was just awesome. I first phoned in to query and choose what we needed, she went running around the shop and assisted me so well. I came to the branch my goods were already waiting for me. She was like on the ball. Smiled through even though we made her go from pillar to post. She had all the answers and went extra mile just to find out what we could possibly need in the future, to me that was great way of not just serving someone to get rid off but also to make sure you retain that customer. I went to collect the following day, Guess what/ she was still running around helping not just me but other people too. At the end she helped me so well even wanted to help me load. Ohh yes and the lady at the door, may be an external security personnel but she was also great. Its my 5th big purchase at that store I have always referred people to it. Great service to the entire Team But hey Elli keep doing what you do shopping is hard but its better when you get well deserve service.
