Excellent Service at HiFi Corporation Centurion Mall

This has not so much to do with Black November, but I was assisted with a prior problem on one of the very busy days of Black Friday.

I bought a new laptop from Hifi Corporation in Centurion Mall and found out that the laptop had a serious defect. I took it back to the store and it was send in for repairs. Three weeks later I was informed that it was a factory fault and that the manufacturer said that the store should issue me with a brand new laptop.

I only got to the store on Sunday 27 November to obtain the new laptop.

I would like to complement all the staff at this store, but especially Sello, who, throughout the process assisted me promptly and friendly. Sello, who sold the laptop to me, took great care on Sunday, when I obtained the replacement at the store, to ensure that this laptop was working well.

Thank you Sello for your effort and guidance! Thank you also to the manufacturer, HP, who was willing to replace.
