Excellent customer service from Respect at Strubens Valley branch!

I want to commend Respect who works at the Strubens Valley HiFi Corporation branch on his outstanding customer service. I was looking to buy a new TV and went into the Strubens branch to compare picture quality for different models and when I asked about a particular brand and size, it became apparent that the unit I wanted to see was not connected at the time. Respect went out of his way to connect the TV up, ask how I would be using it and found and connected a feed that matched what I'd be using so that I knew exactly the quality I would get through the unit. Many customer service staff would have thought this too much of a mission but he really wanted to show me what I went there to see! In a country where customer service is poor more often than not, Respect truly deserves a pat on the back for doing such an outstanding job! Well done Respect and thank you again for your outstanding effort and excellent customer service!!
