Empty promisses

i just wanna know where is my order(order number ***)..your online tracking is not working,my calls are not answered..pls i want my order. I bought a freezer on the 27 Nov 2019 in the morning,same day i received a call from this number *** arranging a delivery for Thursday.. I was so excited and waited the whole day nothing came,Friday i gain i received the same call from the same number arranging delivery for Saturday,again i cancelled all my plan. My parents dont believe me now tht i bought them a freezer,it is like am lying . You shudnt have called me and arranged for the delivery knowing exactly u not gonna do it.
