Empty promises, poor service

I bought a washing machine online that has 3 years warranty, machine broke within 6 months. Called customer service and they said I should contact the nearest store which is at Carnival. I called Carnival Hifi Corp no one was picking up until I got there,found the lady she promised that 1st week of January the technician will come and fix the machine but till today no one. I called again and the guy said he can't trace how far are they with my issue I should call again. I am here sitting with broken machine and I can't seem to get help from the store. I'm so disappointed 😥
