Empty promises from Hi Fi Corporation

Hi there, I bought a Hisense 12plc Blk H12DBL Dishwasher on 06/06/2019. I have tried calling ***to get it exchanged for a more expensive, better model as it started to rust, doesn't wash our dishes properly, and our big plates don't fit. When I call ***, there is nobody answering, it's just an automated voice telling me that nobody will pick up, nor will my message be recorded. I have tried calling over 20 times. I have then sent an e-mail to *** and got a response from *** that a person will come and take photos of the dishwasher. They came over 4 weeks ago (22 July 2019) , took photos and told us that we will get a response next week. Nothing has happened, your phone line doesn't work, I sent another e-mail asking for an update to *** on 29 July and nobody rep****.

I have complained on HelloPeter on the 5th of August and got a phone-call almost immediately, the person on the line promised me that this will be resolved, yet NOTHING has been done again. I received yet another e-mail from *** that my complaint is high priority, that was on the 7th of August. YET NOTHING ONCE AGAIN!

I am going to be taking this to small claims court if this isn't resolved before the end of the week. I feel ****med and disgusted that a business is so willing to take my money but not offer quality products. This is very unprofessional and lazy service.
