Empty promises

I bought a stove and pot a of weeks back online they only delivered The pots with no stove I always keep on calling and they tell me they will get back to me I am really unhappy worse part old stove is not working anymore and I can’t buy a temporary one cause I spent all the money on that one all they give me is a complaint number and I have to do the follow up I'm really disappointed in HIFICORP
